For the fourth page in the color page/book series a little spoof of Disney's Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. The agency is only a cover up when considering they would be taking out bad guys on the surface only to get rid of the competition for global domination. Hey it would be less work for them later on if they succeed.
